COVID-19 Protocol:
Per the Mayor’s Office of the District of Columbia: As of January 15, 2022, all patrons entering all restaurants, bars and nightclubs as well as indoor cultural and entertainment venues will be required to show proof of at least one vaccination shot prior to entry (proof of two is required by February 15, 2022).
This policy applies to ALL attendees, performers, and staff who plan to attend the Texas State Society’s Black Tie and Boots Ball on January 18, 2022 at Hamilton Live DC. No entry will be granted without proof of vaccination. No refunds.

COVID-19 Health & Safety and Risk Acknowledgement
Clicking on the "Checkout" button is an acknowledgement that attendee will comply with health and safety precautions, including the CDC’s Guidance for Events, any state and local guidelines and all requirements imposed by the event venue. Refunds will not be issued by the Texas State Society (“TSS”) or the event venue to attendees who are asked to leave the event venue for refusing to follow Federal, State and Locally issued health and safety precautions related to COVID-19. These mandates are constantly evolving, and TSS will make reasonable efforts to ensure all registered attendees are informed of the requirements before the Event.
By clicking "Checkout", attendee also expressly acknowledges that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at the event may result. Attendee accepts sole responsibility for this risk and agrees to hold the TSS, the Event venue, and their representatives harmless for any injury.
